Welcome to CleanAi. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our iOS application and website (cleanaiapp.com). 1. Data We Collect (and Don't Collect)

  • No Image Storage: CleanAi processes all images and videos natively on your iOS device. We do not upload, track, or save any of your visual content to our servers or databases. What happens on your device stays on your device.
  • Account Information: If you create an account or purchase a subscription, we may store basic account identifiers (such as an email address) securely managed via Supabase.
  • Analytics: We may collect anonymous crash reports and usage analytics to improve app stability.

2. Subscription Data

All in-app purchases (Starter, Creator, Pro plans) are processed securely by Apple's App Store. We do not have access to your raw payment details (such as credit card numbers). We only receive tokens indicating your subscription status and quota.

3. Cookies & Tracking

CleanAi does not collect, use, or store any cookies on our application or website. Your browsing and usage remain strictly cookie-free.

4. Data Retention

Any minimal account data we store via Supabase is retained only for as long as your account is active to provide you with our services. You can request deletion at any time.

5. European Users & GDPR

If you are a resident of the European Economic Area (EEA), you have data protection rights safely upheld by CleanAi. We use Supabase (a GDPR-compliant backend) for any minimal data we do store. Under GDPR, you have the following rights:

  • Right to access: You may request access to your personal data.
  • Right to rectification: You may request correction of any inaccurate data.
  • Right to erasure ("right to be forgotten"): You may request the deletion of your personal data.
  • Right to data portability: You may request to receive your data in a structured format.
