These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement made between you and CleanAi regarding your access to and use of the CleanAi iOS application and cleanaiapp.com website.

1. The Service

CleanAi provides a utility to clean metadata labels from images and videos. The processing occurs locally on your device to ensure maximum privacy and zero quality loss.

2. In-App Purchases and Subscriptions

CleanAi offers consumable and auto-renewing subscription plans:

• Starter: 15 cleans quota.
• Creator: 50 cleans quota.
• Pro: Unlimited cleans including batch processing capabilities (billed monthly).

Payment for these plans is charged to your Apple ID account at the confirmation of purchase. Subscription automatically renews unless it is canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your App Store account settings.

3. User Responsibilities

You agree to use the application in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. You are solely responsible for the content you process with CleanAi. CleanAi is not affiliated with TikTok, Instagram, or any other third-party social media platform.

4. Disclaimers

The service is provided on an "as-is" basis. We do not warrant that the application will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the app at any time.
